The Mersen STP240SN05M is a Surge-Trap Pluggable Surge Protective Device (SPD). The DIN-rail mountable features a fail-safe, self-protected design, visual indicator, and a small footprint. With Mersen TPMOV® Technology, it does not require additional over current protection. A remote indicator provides status to critical control circuitry. The Mersen STP240SN05M is intended for use on a wide range of low voltage applications inside appropriate enclosures.
High short circuit rating makes it suitable for most industrial control panels, including water treatment, smart grid and LV metering, and traffic/ITS applications.
